Is the infrastructure under construction?

How many lots have been sold?
There are over 20 lots under contract or sold.
When can I start house construction?
July 1st, 2006.
Are the roads State Maintained?
Yes, they will be taken into the State's system once the project is complete.
Has the Clubhouse construction started?
Yes, we broke ground June 5, 2006.
Where can I find the Covenants and Homeowners Association Documents?
They will be on-line by July 1, 2006. Call Laura Clark at Prudential for a copy at (540) 463-4443.
Do you have a sales center at the site?
We are opening our Sales Center August 15, 2006.
Are the Villas priced yet?
Not yet, but we have plans in our office for your review. Call Chuck Volpe at Prudential for details at (540) 463-4443.
Is there tennis?
Yes, two tournament play courts will be built adjacent to the Clubhouse.
Are there pools?
Yes, two: one indoor heated lap pool and an outside pool.
Is there a gym?
Yes, completely equipped for your workout pleasure.
Is there Green Space?
Yes, 47% of our project is in "Green Space".
Are there walking trails?
Yes, there is an extensive system of trails around the entire project and access just across from the "Chessie Trail".
Is there fishing?
Yes, three stocked ponds and the Maury River just across the road.
